Caleb has grown up in Southeast Oklahoma right on the Arkansas border. Throughout his professional career, he has enjoyed serving people and building relationships in his community. His desire to do so has made him a valuable member of the AIC team and that passion translates to Caleb being known for providing excellent service for his clients. Caleb and his wife, Haley, have two young daughters, Zoey and Gracie. Caleb's passion for life is reflected in his family's love of music. As musicians and worship leaders for their church, Caleb and Haley enjoy singing together and both play multiple instruments. He also knows and appreciates a quality cup of coffee. Caleb is a certified coffee quality grader and as such is sometimes assigned a coffee to grade that a framer has submitted to be graded by the Coffee Quality Institute. He is also learning to roast his own coffee for fun.
When he isn't leading worship or grading coffee, he spends his time working hard on behalf of his clients - making sure they have the best insurance coverage for the best price. He was excited to partner with Arnold Insurance and bring their services to the southeast Oklahoma and western Arkansas area. If there were a phrase that described Caleb's philosophy on life and focus on building relationships, it can be described by the following: “Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds you plant.” This forward-thinking philosophy is an important part of what makes Caleb successful.
