# Arnold Insurance: The Legacy of Family Values Lives On

In 1971, Chap Arnold opened the doors of Arnold Insurance with one main goal in mind - to be an insurance agency that views every client like family, not just as a policy. Flash-forward nearly 50 years later and we still hold true to that goal and our core values. 

As much as we’ve grown and evolved over the years, we’ve never forgotten our roots. Those roots that promise to provide the best coverage possible at the best rate possible. 

Arnold Insurance’s history of innovation and dedication to our clients continues on to this day.

All too often, we hear that clients who have previously worked with another insurance agency felt like they were abandoned after the sale. ### **Small Town Principles and Relationships with Big City Markets and Capabilities **

We got our start in Scott City, a small town in southeastern Missouri. The beginning of our journey was very important to us. We wanted to ensure we were providing our local communities with the best coverage to protect them with what mattered most, their families and businesses. 

Today, we have expanded outside of Scott City and have offices in: 

- Alexandria, Louisiana 
- Denver, Colorado 
- Franklin, Tennessee
- Jackson, Missouri 
- Phoenix, Arizona
- Poteau, Oklahoma 
- Cape Girardeau, Missouri  
- Sikeston, Missouri 

Although we are now in bigger cities, we still stick to our small town principles and relationships… That care and time we took back in the 70s with local communities still remain true today with every client.
