What We’re Thankful for This Thanksgiving

To say that 2020 has been a tough year for everyone would be an understatement. However, amid a tough year, we believe that there is still so much to be thankful and grateful for. We asked some of the Arnold Insurance team members to share anything they’re thankful for this year, here’s what they had to say!

Even though it seems like much of 2020 has included trying times, there’s ALWAYS something to be thankful for.

In fact, it’s not difficult for me to list quite a few!

I’m thankful for my family and our health this year. I’m thankful for deep friendships that see me through lots of life’s ups and downs.

I’m ever thankful for my FAITH ~ the hope and promise God gives me is indescribable.

During this pandemic year I’m also incredibly thankful for the opportunity to be working, and at something I truly enjoy doing.

I am thankful for my faith in God, my family, friends & my health.

I am thankful for living in the best country in the world, the USA!

Even though we have our problems in this country, with God's help we will work them out!

I’m thankful for trials. This may be controversial to some but I believe God gives us tests and trials to help us grow.

He loves us too much to allow us to stay stagnate and ineffective. The situations we go through, if we let them, allow us to shine God’s light to those around us.

So grateful for a God that doesn’t allow me to stay comfortable and complacent. But, instead, he nudges me out of the nest so I can soar with the wings He gave me!

I am thankful for so many things…

The good Lord above with all of his grace and mercy. Good health – stay away covid, you are not welcome here. My loving family and friends. Access to great water and food.

Indoor plumbing and toilet paper. An awesome work family and a job that allows me to help others! USA and the freedoms that come with it thanks to the sacrifice of our selfless members of our military.

Lastly, the squirrels and birds that run around Connie’s house and make me smile every morning.

2020 has been a year of change for everyone and it has reminded me of all the overabundance of Blessings that God continues to provide for me and my family!

He provides me with a wonderful workplace that I truly enjoy and have the best coworkers. He has allowed my kids to continue their education in-person.

I am thankful for all the faculty and staff for all that they do to support the students. Our school’s football team that got to complete an entire season.

I am last thankful for technology so we can see our sweet daughter’s face since she moved out of state.

I am so thankful for a loving God that has blessed me with my wonderful wife, 6 children and 13 grandchildren to spend my life with.

There is nothing like family on Thanksgiving Day in a free country.

I am thankful for my family. My Wife, Emma. My 2 year old daughter, Mia. And our daughter to be, Lilly. Being a husband and father has been such a big blessing for me.

Challenging, but a blessing, nonetheless. I am thankful to be surrounded by people at work, friends, and most importantly at home that make the Cross the most important thing.

When we line up ourselves with the Cross, nothing else can carry much weight at the end of the day.

I am thankful my parents are healthy and get to enjoy their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

I am thankful for a family that is so sweet and supportive. I am thankful for my health! I am thankful for a great place to work with an amazing team!

I am thankful for freedom and a loving heavenly father that none of the above would be possible without.
