Chap Arnold Insurance set out to be different from the beginning. Part of the commitment to treating clients like family revolved around three fundamental principles from the top down within the Chap Insurance family.

In the early days of Chap Arnold Insurance, Chap started a quarterly newsletter, named Straight Talk. He believed this provided the perfect medium through which he could bring information to clients that would help them make informed decisions about their insurance needs. After all, our insurance clients are dedicated to protecting the people they love and the businesses they’ve worked so hard to create. This newsletter was a tool to assist them in that effort.
Today, Straight Talk has evolved. It is no longer a quarterly newsletter but has become our blog. Straight Talk reborn! Not only does it continue to offer useful information and entertainment for readers, but it serves as a great resource you can turn to whenever you have questions you’re not ready to ask one of our helpful agents. Because the blog is available throughout the year, and frequently updated with new information and resources, you can continue to visit whenever questions or concerns arise.
